Laura Toeniskoetter has been writing for over five years now. Always an avid fan of creative writing assignments in English class, she finally completed her first full story in eighth grade. She wrote every day at school in her little green notebook (which she still owns today).
Laura’s first book (the one in the green notebook)The Assassin was a top pick on HarperCollins inkpop.com in October 2010. After The Assassin, she followed it with Snatched and Super Ordinary. Her senior year of high school, she began Skewed Rescue.
While she’s always excited for new ideas, the past few years have been focused on tweaking and prepping The Assassin for the road to publication. Originally a young adult novel,The Assassin is currently being reworked and rewritten as a New Adult novel, and is slated for a release in Spring 2014.
