Jessie A. Kelley, or just Jessie, has been writing since the second grade, when she wrote her first story about a firefly in a Strawberry Shortcake notebook. Now, she writes much more than fireflies and their families and branches out to humans and families. She finds that she can work on multiple stories at once or else she gets bored, so she's working on a few different novels and their sequels at the moment. But her most important story at this time is her Revolutionary trilogy about a young woman who is going to put a stop to a dystopian society's prejudicial laws against women.
When she's not writing, Jessie can normally be found at the dance studio, a volleyball court, her best friend's house, or sitting on her bed reading her newest book. With a small library at her disposal, she has more than enough books to choose from! She's normally seen in her wild habitat (i.e. her room) with her most important resources (i.e. Dr Pepper and cell phone) by her side. She tackles her biggest problems with her sidekick, Crookshanks the Cat, and likes to make snarky comments to her not-best-friend.
